Generate the Agent Performance Report

Create the New Report
- On the Reports tab, select + New Report.

From the Create New Report list, select the Agent Performance Report.

- Select Next.

Configure General Settings
- Enter a unique Name for the report.
- Enter a Description for the report.

Select Next.

Configure Filters and Options
- Select an Agent Scorecard to define the data scope (at least one is required).
- Select a Date or date range.
- Select a Timezone.
- Select +Add Filter to apply filters and their respective values such as Channel, Queue, Language, Agents, and Agent Groups.
- Add Optional Fields to include additional metrics.
- Enter one or more recipient emails in Send Email to (minimum one required).

Configure the required filters:
- Channel: Select communication channel (Chat, Voice).
- Queue: Select one or more queues.
- Language: Select languages assigned to the scorecard.
- Agents: Select specific agents for tracking.
- Agent Groups: Select a team or group of agents.
- Set the values for the selected filters.

Select Next.

Schedule the Report

Choose Run on Demand or Schedule.
- Run on Demand: Generates the report immediately.
- Schedule: Generates the report automatically.

If you select Schedule:
- Choose a Frequency or Repeat (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).
- Select a Start Date and Timezone.
- Select Save.

Choose Run on Demand or Schedule.

Agent Performance Summary

View and Download the Report
- On the Reports tab, locate the report in the Actions column.
- Select More options (⋮), then select History.
- Select Download to save the report as a CSV file.
Report Format
- Format: CSV file
- File Name: [ReportName]-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS.csv
